Ryan has been developing and designing websites for over twelve years, and has worked as a senior developer, web marketing consultant, and technical lead for a number of corporations and institutions before starting Massachusetts Web Designs in 2010.
Ryan moonlights as a professor of Computer Information Systems at Quinsigamond Community College, teaching web development and other software engineering classes

Becky brings 13 years of dynamic marketing knowledge and experience that includes digital, creative, and advertising. In addition to hands-on work with Massachusetts Web Designs, Becky is currently the Associate Director of Public Relations and Marketing at Worcester State University. She is passionate about being a creative problem solver and takes a strategic and results-oriented approach to all her projects.

William Michalson holds a Ph.D. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a member of the Electrical and Computer engineering faculty. Dr. Michalson spent 12 years at the Raytheon Company involved in the development of embedded guidance, communication, and data processing systems. He is an author on over 100 technical publications and holds seven patents. In addition to his work as a researcher, Dr. Michalson has been involved in multiple start-ups and new technology ventures. He brings a wealth of knowledge high-technology, research, and system architecture to Massachusetts Web Designs.
